Upcoming jailbreak tweak will allow you to use Dication mode for EmojiDictation mode as you might know is a great feature of iOS that allows you to speak into your device and have the phrase automatically written for you. Unfortunately, if you try to use it for inserting an Emoji then it won’t work.
