When you are a company as big as Apple, you will be sued for every little thing possible. In China recently, the company was sued for infringing the design patent of a company that barely existed which even led a court to order the Cupertino company to stop selling the iPhone 6 in Shanghai.
This time around, Samuel Lit from Pennsylvania is suing Apple for using web carousels on its website.
