When iOS 10.2 hits your devices (it's currently in developer beta), you'll be graced with 72 — yes, seventy-two — new emoji!
Apple has also added them to macOS Sierra 10.12.2 (also in developer beta).
The addition brings Apple up to date with the latest revision of the Unicode Standard.
New emoji? Think of the possibilities!
New faces, new reactions, new activities, new animals, new food, new objects, new everything!
Other than the black heart (which creeps me out just a little bit), there's plenty here to be excited about. Heck, I didn't even know we didn't have an egg emoji until now! I'm already dreaming up ways to add it to my conversations.

I think we'll all be getting a lot of use out of this one, amirite? There're plenty of things to face palm over, and I'll be face palming the fact that I can't use this emoji with people until iOS 10.2 gets released!...
