<p>Apple is preparing to announce details about enhancements to Apple Pay at its software conference next month. Those include a rewards program for the mobile wallet service, said two people briefed on the product.</p>
<p>Other than the mention of a rewards program, details are thin. There's no doubt that Apple has further plans for Apple Pay in the works now that the service has had time to breathe. However, it's unclear if any rewards program would come as a tie-in with Passbook, which already supports loyalty cards from various retailers, or something else altogether. In any event, if this shaped up to be true, we're sure to hear much more when WWDC kicks off on June 8.</p> <p>Source:
