brand-new iPod touch, the time has come once again for the folks over at iFixit to open one up to see what's inside. While there have been no real surprises, its an interesting look all the same.</p> <!--break--> <p>The sixth-generation iPod touch, which retains the familiar 4-inch form factor of the previous generation, features Apple's A8 system-on-a-chip and M8 motion coprocessor, both of which are found in Apple's most recent iPhones. It has radios for 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, along with Bluetooth 4.1. It also has 1GB of RAM, and a 1,043mAh battery, which Apple says is good for 40 hours of music playback and 8 hours of video.</p> <p>The most recent revision of the iPod touch launched earlier this week, bringing new colors and updated internal components.
