While a multitude of video services have been available on the Apple TV from day one, Amazon's offering was notably absent. Now, it appears that the company is preparing an app for the new Apple TV, which could be ready in just a few weeks. Amazon customer support sent the following message to Dan Bostonweeks, who inquired about an Amazon Video app for Apple TV through the existing iOS app. I sent feedback to Amazon via the Amazon Instant Video iOS app about supporting tvOS.
