You can now use the Skyscanner bot on Facebook Messenger to book your holidaysSkyscanner has announced the release of a Facebook Messenger bot to make it even easier for you to book your next vacation. The bot is able to search for flights and redirect users to the Skyscanner website to confirm and make payment. If you're not a fan of Facebook Messenger or do not have it installed yet, the bot can be accessed by a URL that will redirect you to the web version of Facebook's messaging platform.
As well as asking the bot to search for flights and such, it's also possible to seek destination inspiration through natural conversation. The bot will use trends and cheapest pricing to offer up new ideas on places to travel to, which can be activated by simply responding with "not sure" when asked where to go.
