<p>Apple’s record as the <a href="

<a href="http://www.wsj.com/article_email/china-smartphone-makers-enlisting-patents-in-fight-for-market-dominance-1466428889-lMyQjAxMTI2NzIwMTcyMjE1Wj" target="_blank">WSJ[/url] reports that two out of the three top rankings for the most international patent filings are Chinese companies: Huawei and ZTE.</p>
