Apple has just announced iOS 11.3 will be going into developer beta today, public beta this week, and be available for everyone this spring.
(And no, no word yet on when AirPlay 2 or iMessage Sync, originally announced as part of iOS 11.0, will ship. Both are features that have to be rock solid, and my guess is we won't hear about them or see them until that's absolutely the case.)
