An Apple Store in Amsterdam was evacuated after the battery of a demo iPad overheated and the tablet burst into flames. The incident occurred at 2:20 p.m. local time on Sunday afternoon. There was no fire and the incident was quickly dealt with by the Amsterdam fire department.
