The Wemo Bridge for Apple HomeKit is down to $27.99 on Amazon. This is the lowest we've seen it drop by a few dollars, so be sure to grab one now if you haven't already.
The Wemo brand has some of the best smart products out there, including the super-intuitive Wemo Mini Smart Plug.
