Apple has announced two new initiatives in support of U.S. National Parks, with an Apple Pay donation program providing direct financial support and an Apple Watch Activity Challenge for increasing awareness. From Aug 24–31, Apple will be donating $1 to the National Park Foundation for every purchase made with Apple Pay at any Apple Store — either retail or online — in the U.S., with proceeds going to support the Foundation’s mission…
