Garmin didn't reinvent the Vivofit Jr with the second-generation model, but it did make it better. In doing so, it added more games, made it more practical for older kids, and more.

The first-generation Vivofit Jr remains a terrific choice as a starter tracker for kids who are just learning about exercise and wellness.



Age might play a factor in which Vivofit Jr fitness tracker you select for your child. The newer model is a much more colorful choice with more options. Still...
