Report: Mobile Applications Revenue Set to Skyrocket
      

Research firm International Data Corporation (IDC) predicts in a new report that based on current trends, sales of mobile apps will be a $35 billion industry by 2014. App downloads will reportedly climb from 2010's 10.9 billion to 76.9 billion by that time.
