Eye-Fi Card Coming Exclusively to the Apple Store Next Month
Eye-Fi has announced a new memory card that will be an Apple Store-only exclusive for individuals who want more in their Eye-Fi cards.The Eye-Fi Geo X2 will bring the standard array of options that comes with an Eye-Fi card, including Wi-Fi uploading of your pictures and Geotagging using wireless networks to pinpoint your location. Additionally, it will also have two new features: Endless Memory Mode and a Class 6 memory card (meaning high speed read/write at upwards of 6 MB/s).The Endless Memory Mode will allow you to specify a setting that will automatically delete your photos off the memory card once they have been successfully uploaded to the Eye-Fi service. Leaving you with the "endless memory."The card will come in a 4GB capacity and retail for $69.99. It will only be available from the Apple Store starting next month.via Engadget
