Senate Going After Roadblock Apps Is a First Amendment Issue
Apple is taking heat for allowing roadblock warning apps that alert drivers to police checkpoints. While apps that could encourage drunk driving are definitely a stupid idea, I do think Apple should be able to decide in this matter without state influence.
