HTC files complaint to ban U.S. import of iPhone, iPad, iPod
HTC returned fire on Wednesday in the war over smartphone patents. The Android and Windows Mobile phone maker has filed a complaint with the ITC accusing Apple of patent infringement and asked for an import ban on iPhones, iPads, and iPods into the U.S.
