ToonPAINT for the Desktop
Toon-FX announced the release of ToonPHOTO, a desktop version their popular smart-painting application. ToonPhoto is a stand alone application that allows you to easily create awesome looking cartoons with your own photos. Simply import a photo, it creates a sketch of the photo, click the color button and you're done!
