Help installing Leopard on i7 PC

I am trying to install Leopard or Snow Leopard on my desktop PC, I have tried an OSX86 Snow Leopard but it kept rebooting before it even got to the apple screen. I am wanting to know what type of hackintosh iso I should download - like kalyway or aitkos? I have been researching and want install a genuine Snow Leopard disc and use some kind of patch (EFI) if my hardware is compatible and if I can use all cores of the i7?

Here's my hardware:
Motherboard = ASUSTeK CG5290
CPU = Intel i7 920
RAM = 9 GB DDR3
Video = Nvidia GTX 260

The iBoot + MultiBeast method is designed and tested for any desktop or laptop running the latest line of Intel processors, the Core i3/i5/i7s.  I have had reports of success with older machines as well including CoreDuo, Core2Duo, and even Pentium 4.  However, AMD processors are not supported.
