I installed a Broadcom BCM 43XX wifi Mini-PCE card.
Snow Leopard recognizes it, but Airport remains inactive
How can I force the activation  ?

Try the new Voodoo XNA for airport.

How i can find the Voodoo XNA? I search on google, Voodoo Project, etc.
