US appeals court refuses stay on injunction on Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales
      
         

 A U.S. appeals court denied Samsung a stay on a preliminary injunction on the sale of its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet. The stay had been issued by a U.S. District Court judge as part of an ongoing patent dispute between Samsung and Apple.
