Apple wins EU-wide ban on Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, loses Galaxy Tab 10.1N appeal
         

A German court on Tuesday granted Apple an injunction against Samsung's Galaxy Tab 7.7 in Europe but at the same time denied the iPad maker's similar appeal against the larger Galaxy Tab 10.1N.
