Hon Hai Says iPhone 5 Design Leads to Production Delays (Wall Street Journal, subscription required)
Apple manufacturing partner Hon Hai (better known as Foxconn in some corners) says it just can’t make the iPhone 5 fast enough to supply Apple’s demand. The difficulties apparently have to do with the Taiwanese company being unable to meet quality standards due to production issues related to design. Translation: The iPhone 5 is so light, it’s literally floating away.
