Hi all, I'm having some trouble when attempting to install Snow Leopard on Virtualbox on my Acer Aspire 5552 Laptop.

I'm using the Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 Hazard release

After I make the Virtual Machine, I can get as far as the first screen which asks for boot options. I entered -v for verbose logging and I got a kernel panic. I took a screenshot of the problem.

Some general information about my VirtualBox Settings:

-Enable EFI is unchecked
-Hardware virtualization (VT-x/AMD-V) is enabled

Some general information about my computer:

Model: Acer Aspire 5552 Notebook
Processor: AMD Phenom II X2 N660 - 2 cores
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Memory: 4GB

I should also state that I don't have a Mac. Several tutorials for installing Snow Leopard on Virtual Box require that you use system files on your Mac computer. I can't do these tutorials because I don't have a Mac.

Also, the Snow Leopard ISO that I have is 4.23 GB, but when I mount it I can only see around 300KB of files on the disk. Is this normal? Does it have any bearing on my problem?

Thanks a ton for any help you guys can give me on this!
