Apple’s paying a big chunk of change to Samsung and the Swiss railway, but maybe it’s all a distraction from the main event: the iPhone 5S. The remainders for Monday, November 12, 2012 aren’t made of money.

The England and Wales Court of Appeal was not thrilled by the wording of the message Apple posted on its site in regards to its case with Samsung. Given that the court has decided that Apple’s apology was false and misleading, it has ordered Cupertino to pay for all of Samsung’s lawyer fees and has also slammed the company for a “lack of integrity.” Clearly, Apple should have used a post-it note instead.
