Judge denies new trial, keeps Apple’s $1B verdict over Samsung intact

A set of rulings issued late Tuesday mean there won't be a retrial of Apple v. Samsung, but neither will Apple be getting more money: Judge Lucy Koh found Samsung patent infringement was "not willful."
