AppVision Ltd have announced their Neon Wallpaper Creator has been updated to version 3.0, with iPhone 4 Retina Display imaging support, APNS, and other changes, whilst reaching 12.5 million images created worldwide to date. Its unique feature is the ability to customize the device using a choice of text effects; to create personalized wallpapers without the need for any graphics editing on the device. Device permitting, with iOS4 the wallpaper can be displayed directly on the Home Screen.
