AFPU sues Apple, others for ‘false patent marketing’
     

Another day, another lawsuit. The Americans for Fair Patent Use (AFPU) has filed suit against Apple, Sprint Nextel, Verizon and Samsung Telecomms and accused the companies of false patent marking, reports TechEye.
