iOS 8 beta 4 includes all-new Tips app, here’s how it looks [Screenshots]

Before iOS 8 was actually announced at WWDC in June, a number of rumors claimed that Apple will add a new Tips app in iOS 8. While we didn’t see the Tips app in the initial beta releases, the rumors were spot-on.
