Apple asks court to toss lawsuit over delayed Apple Intelligence features<div class="feat-image">

announced it was delaying the launch of its “more personalized Siri” that it first teased at WWDC 2024. Two weeks later, it was
hit with a class action lawsuit from consumers over “false advertising” of those unreleased Apple Intelligence features.</p>
<p>Apple has now filed a motion to dismiss the class action lawsuit.</p>
