Gmail For iOS Finally Adds Notification Center Support, Persistent Login
An update to Gmail for iOS was announced today, which adds a number of features like Notification Center support, persistent login and ability to send from alternate addresses.
It doesn’t, however, address the biggest annoyance of the app, it is still essentially a wrapper around the mobile website.
