Survey Shows iOS 6 Caused Drop In Customer Satisfaction Among iPhone Users
Apple released iOS 6 – the latest mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch last week. It includes over 200 new features including an all-new Maps app, Passbook app, significant improvements to Siri and Facebook integration.
According to a new survey conducted by mobile research firm On Device, the customer satisfaction has decreased with the release of iOS 6 among iPhone users.
