Apple updates iMac with 8th and 9th generation Intel Core processors

<p>Following Monday’s news of new iPads (https://www.macworld.com/article/3372501/apple-2019-ipad-air-ipad-mini.html), Apple on Tuesday revealed upgrades for its <a href="https://www.apple.com/imac/" rel="nofollow">iMac[/url] lineup, featuring <a href="https://newsroom.intel.com/editorials/new-8th-gen-intel-core-processors-simplifying-today-opening-door-whats-next/" rel="nofollow">eighth-generation[/url] Intel Core processors in the standard configurations, with the option to upgrade to a <a href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/core/9th-gen-core-desktop-brief.html" rel="nofollow">ninth-generation[/url] processor.</p><p>The price points of the standard configuration models remain unchanged.
