FCC reaches settlement with Verizon, AT&T, and others over failed 911 calls

<p>The Federal Communications Commission, or FCC, has announced a settlement with AT&amp;T, Verizon, and others over failed 911 calls. As reported by The Verge (https://www.theverge.com/2021/12/19/22845283/fcc-verizon-att-mobile-carriers-911-calls), the carriers will pay a total of $6 million combined as part of the settlement.</p>
