iPhone 6 Plus tidbits: 1.38GHz A8 chip with 1GB RAM confirmed, iOS 8 build number different and more

We probably know everything thing about the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6, and the recent teardown of the new iPhones seems to have revealed the other unknowns such as the amount of RAM and capacity of the battery.
But here are some other interesting tidbits about the iPhone 6 Plus I thought were worth mentioning.
