Bug in Adobe Creative Cloud deletes hidden folders on OS XA bug has been discovered in the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac that could interfere with other apps. The bug in question looks for and deletes the first hidden folder — in alphabetical order — on a Mac's root drive. As reported by Macworld, the bug was first discovered by backup service Backblaze, whose users were encountering issues with a hidden folder related to the program being deleted by Adobe Creative Cloud. For its part, Adobe Customer Care has acknowledged the problem on Twitter and says it is working on a fix. In the meantime, it looks as though this is only affecting those who have installed the most recent update, so it may be worth holding off on installing the update until Adobe issues a fix.
