Second developer beta of OS X El Capitan now available for download

It is available through the Mac Developer Center (https://developer.apple.com/osx/download/), and can also be downloaded through the Mac App Store for those running the previous version of the beta.</p> <p>OS X 10.11 is expected to be released to the public this fall, with a number of improvements to the Mac experience.
