Title: iphone has relocked! Help!
Post by: immortalist on January 28, 2008, 11:37:33 am
Hi guys,

I recently purchased an iphone (u.k) which comes out of the box with firmware 1.1.2. I had successfully unlocked it, and everything was working as normal. Until I went to update to firmware 1.1.3. through the soft update procedure through installer.

Something went wrong during the attemt at upgrading, and some things went mssing form my iphone. In a little bit of a panic, I restored my iphone, not knowing that I would be re-locked out.

I have tried everything I can think of in order to re-unlock my iphone, and nothing seems to work.

I tried to restore the firmware to 1.1.1 and update to 1.1.2 then jailbreak, but when I go to run jailbreak, It says it cannot detect the iphone, saying it isn't plugged in when it is! But itunes recognises it.

Could anyone please help me out! I really loved my iphone and will gutted if I cant fix it :( *sniffle*
