Title: Any way of installing Snow Leopard on PowerPC G4 1.5Ghz? Post by: judgedredd on August 08, 2010, 12:11:27 pm Hi,
This is my first post on this forum as I am interested in running OS X software on PCs. That being so, I just helped my mother buy a nice used PowerPC G4 Powerbook and am wondering if it is at all possible to get around the restriction of not being able to install Snow Leopard on it. And a secondary question that I have is why is Leopard SOOOOOO expensive as compared to Snow Leopard? It is kinda headscratching to puzzle that one out. Being a newbie to OS X (and really enjoying the look of the software) am not too clued into the pricing structure of Apple software.
