Amazon may buy some RadioShack stores to establish a physical presence

RadioShack's loss may end up being Amazon's gain, or so says the rumor mill. The online retail giant is reportedly hoping to buy some of RadioShack's U.S. retail locations (http://www.pcworld.com/article/2878815/radioshack-is-gearing-up-to-sell-or-shutter-its-stores-report-says.html) as "the Shack" moves towards its unfortunate end.</p><p>
Amazon would used any retail locations it acquires as showcases for Amazon e-readers, tablets, and smartphones, according to Bloomberg Business (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-02-03/amazon-said-to-mull-buying-radioshack-stores-in-retail-expansion).
