In early April 2014, Apple showed that iOS 7 was installed in 87% of all supported devices (http://www.imore.com/apple-says-ios-7-now-installed-87-devices).</p> <p>Apple launched iOS 8 in September 2014. Rival Google launched Android 5.0 Lollipop (http://www.androidcentral.com/lollipop) in November, but its current adoption numbers showed that it is installed on just 3.3% (http://www.androidcentral.com/android-50-lollipop-now-33-percent-devices) of all Android devices. The older Android 4.4 KitKat (http://www.androidcentral.com/android-kitkat) now has a 40.9% adoption rate.</p> <p>Source: Apple (https://developer.apple.com/support/appstore/#925)</p> </div></div></div><img width='1' height='1' src='(http://tipb.com.feedsportal.com/c/33998/f/616881/s/4488b98f/sc/15/mf.gif)' border='0'/><br clear='all'/> <a href="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/rc/1/rc.htm" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/rc/1/rc.img" border="0"/> <a href="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/rc/2/rc.htm" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/rc/2/rc.img" border="0"/> <a href="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/rc/3/rc.htm" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/rc/3/rc.img" border="0"/> <img src="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/a2.img" border="0"/> (http://da.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/a2.htm)<img width="1" height="1" src="http://pi.feedsportal.com/r/223515132811/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4488b98f/sc/15/a2t.img" border="0"/><img src="//feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TheIphoneBlog/~4/4Dmm-WuUzOY" height="1" width="1" alt=""/> Source: iOS 8 adoption rate now stands at 77% (http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TheIphoneBlog/~3/4Dmm-WuUzOY/story01.htm) |
