Samsung will provide Apple with A9 processors for the next iPhone, Bloomberg reports. The rumored move was reported earlier this year, and now appears to be official. Last year, Apple shifted much of its chip manufacturing to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, but the Cupertino company is returning to Samsung, ostensibly to benefit from the South Korean company’s more advanced manufacturing process.
