Home Depot wants to start accepting Apple Pay

Pretty soon you may be able to pay for lumber and framing hammers with your iPhone. The Home Depot says it wants to offer Apple Pay across all of its nearly 2,000 locations in the U.S., according to Bloomberg Business (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-05-05/home-depot-to-become-largest-retailer-to-accept-apple-pay).</p><p>
The company doesn’t have a deal in place with Apple so don’t plan your iOS-enabled home renovation just yet. Nevertheless, it appears Home Depot does want to get a deal done with Apple at some point—it’s just not clear when that might be.
