It can be downloaded over the air on a device with the first beta installed, or from Apple's iOS Developer Resources site (https://developer.apple.com/ios/download/).<!--break--></p> <p>iOS 9 will arrive for all users later this year, and bring with it a number of experience enhancements and performance optimizations.
