It can be downloaded from Apple's iOS Developer Resource Center (https://developer.apple.com/ios/download/), or as an over-the-air update on a device running the previous beta version. <!--break--></p> <p>iOS 9 will arrive for all users later this year, and bring with it a number of experience enhancements and performance optimizations.
