<div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>Apple removed Home Sharing (http://www.imore.com/home-sharing-music-missing-ios-84) for music in iOS 8.4, which was likely a result of licensing deals with record labels following the launch of Apple Music (http://www.imore.com/apple-music). Eddy Cue confirmed (http://www.imore.com/eddy-cue-says-home-sharing-music-will-return-ios-9) earlier this month that the feature would be coming in iOS 9 (http://www.imore.com/ios-9), and the latest beta version — launched yesterday for develoers — does have the feature enabled.</p> <!--break--> <p>Along with the re-introduction of Home Sharing, the latest iOS 9 beta comes with tweaks to the Handoff feature, which is now displayed at the bottom of the app switcher instead of the carousel.
