When you open the Recents tab in the Phone app, all the missed calls are colored red whereas the remaining ones are colored black. The only way you can distinguish between incoming and outgoing calls is through the icon that is added next to the latter call. Elite is a new jailbreak tweak that colorizes the incoming and outgoing calls to make it easier to identify them.
