Some users are unable to purchase and download items from the store. This issues may also be affecting the App Store (http://www.imore.com/app-store) as well.</p> <!--break--> <p>This outage has been underway since at least 12:30 p.m. EDT, according to Apple's System Status page (https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/).
