<div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>Apple Pay (http://www.imore.com/apple-pay) is rumored to be set for a November launch in Canada, and recent listing by TD Canada Trust has added fuel to the speculation. <!--break--> As spotted by iPhone in Canada (http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/news/td-canada-trust-apple-pay/), TD Canada Trust briefly listed Apple Pay under the "Ways to Pay" section of its website, but that listing has since been pulled.</p> <p>Before the page detailing Apple Pay with TD Canada Trust was pulled, it listed TD Visa cards that would support Apple Pay, along with a note that transaction limits are limited to $100.</p> <p>Apple's mobile payments solution originally launched last October in the U.S. before expanding to the U.K. in July. In mid-April we saw the first reports (http://www.imore.com/new-report-says-apple-pay-could-launch-canada-november-2015) that Apple Pay would see a November launch in Canada, with a similar report (http://www.imore.com/apple-pay-reportedly-launching-canada-early-november) stating the same earlier this month. While it's far from certain at this point, the recent listing from TD Canada Trust has certainly ramped up speculation.</p> <p>Source: iPhone in Canada (http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/news/td-canada-trust-apple-pay/)</p> </div></div></div><br clear='all'/> <a href="http://rc.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/rc/1/rc.htm" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://rc.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/rc/1/rc.img" border="0"/> <a href="http://rc.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/rc/2/rc.htm" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://rc.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/rc/2/rc.img" border="0"/> <a href="http://rc.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/rc/3/rc.htm" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://rc.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/rc/3/rc.img" border="0"/> <img src="http://da.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/a2.img" border="0"/> (http://da.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/a2.htm)<img width="1" height="1" src="http://pi.feedsportal.com/r/241225856965/u/49/f/616881/c/33998/s/4aa50836/sc/28/a2t.img" border="0"/><img width='1' height='1' src='(http://tipb.com.feedsportal.com/c/33998/f/616881/s/4aa50836/sc/28/mf.gif)' border='0'/><img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TheIphoneBlog/~4/bbdLpxjf6kw" height="1" width="1" alt=""/> Source: Apple Pay reference briefly pops up on TD Canada Trust's website (http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TheIphoneBlog/~3/bbdLpxjf6kw/story01.htm) |
