You can still install iOS 9.0.2 to jailbreak your iPhone or iPad with Pangu Jailbreak

Apple released iOS 9.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, which includes number of bug fixes and improvements. Apple has also patched two Pangu jailbreak vulnerabilities in iOS 9.1, so you won’t be able to use it to jailbreak iOS 9.1.
